Submitting Research to IJIHL

The International Journal of Innovative Horticulture (IJIHL) welcomes original research contributions from scientists, researchers, and practitioners in horticulture and allied agricultural sciences. All submitted manuscripts undergo rigorous peer review before acceptance.

Manuscript Preparation Standards

🌐 Language & Format:English | Microsoft Word (.doc / .docx) file only.
🔤 Typography & Spacing:Times New Roman, 12pt font, double-spaced throughout.
📑 Required Manuscript Sections (in order):Title | Abstract (max 250 words) | Keywords (5-7) | Introduction | Materials & Methods | Results | Discussion | Conclusions | Acknowledgements | References
📚 Reference Style:As per IJIHL official style guide (Author-Year format in text; alphabetical list in References section).

Submission & Editorial Workflow

Prepare Manuscript

Format the research paper strictly according to the author guidelines and reference style.

Ethical Declarations

Ensure ethical compliance, conflict of interest statements, and author contribution notes are included.

Online Submission

Submit the manuscript (.doc/.docx) via the journal portal or via email to editor@confedhorti.org.

Editorial Check

Receive formal acknowledgement and initial screening notification within 7 working days.

Peer Review

Undergo rigorous double-blind peer review by at least two independent subject experts (4–8 weeks).

Final Decision

Receive editorial decision communicated along with reviewer comments for necessary revision or acceptance.

Rigorous Peer Review Policy

IJIHL operates a strict Double-Blind Peer Review policy. Every manuscript is evaluated by a minimum of two independent subject matter experts. The evaluation criteria prioritize scientific rigor, originality, relevance to Indian and global horticulture, methodological clarity, and practical significance for growers and policymakers.
